ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship all over the world from our studio here in Lithuania!

What are the shipping options?
If the total sum of your purchasing cart is less than 50 Eur, then the shipping cost is 5 Eur.
If you are buying for the price of 50 Eur or more, we grant you the shipping for FREE, without charging additional costs.
We can offer you the EXPRESS SHIPPING service, with shipping time of 1-4 business days (we recommend this option during the Holiday season. We can guarantee that the shipping will be delivered on time, as per your request).

What payment methods do you accept?
You can use any of the cards listed below to pay for your order:

When will I receive my order?
All of our products are made in 5-9 business days.

Soon after making the products we will send it to provided address. If you choose to use EXPRESS SHIPPING, the time for delivery will be up to 5 business days. Otherwise, delivery can vary from 7-30 business days.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

What do I do if I never received my order?
If there are some problems with the delivery, contact us and we will help to solve this issue immediately.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you want to return your purchase due to a defect made by a manufacturer (for example: wrong size, wrong color, open seams), we will cover all the shipping prices and will gladly accept it.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
You should write to us within 24 hours via [email protected] and we will change your order due to your preference.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]

 

RETURNS

What is the return policy?
If for some reason you really are unsatisfied with your purchase, you should contact us in no less than 14 days after receiving the purchased item via [email protected]

Items can be returned no later than 30 business days after receiving the purchased good.

We will refund your money in less than 7 business days after receiving the products back.

How long will my refund take and how will I be refunded?
Once the item is received in our studio, we will send you a confirmation to the provided email address. We will issue a refund you to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Everything is made with a passion, care and good emotions in our small family studio in Lithuania.

Our responsibility is to produce only high-quality linen products that are characterized by durability, charm and coziness.

How should I wash my linens?

Washing
Machine wash linens on the delicate cycle (104 F/ 40 C) with a small quantity of similar fabric and colors. Do not overcrowd and use a mild liquid detergent, such as a wool wash. To maintain the color, we advise avoiding bleach and continual exposure to sunlight.

Drying
Tumble dry on low heat only. Our linen has been pre-washed at very high temperatures to ensure that with proper care no further shrinkage occurs.

Ironing
You may iron linen, but it is not necessary. Wrinkles are part of what makes linen so unique and beautiful. Each crease adds character and creates a cozy, relaxed feeling – embrace it!

Can you make custom sizes?
Looking for something extra special? Your wish is our command. Being a small family-run business and crafting each piece by hand, we have the privilege to provide customers with personalized, one-of-a-kind linens. Tailored to your liking and paying attention to every small detail, stitch after stitch. Whether it’s a different size, color, or completely new design you’re dreaming of, get in touch with us and we’d be more than happy to create the linen of your dreams. How do I make sure I order the right size?
If you have some personalization, don’t hesitate and write a message for us. We will adjust our products to your preference.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
Write us an email to the [email protected] address. Our working days are from 8a.m. to 5 p.m. every business day (from Monday to Friday).  Your emails are of great importance to us, so we always try to reply as soon as possible.
