Each and every one of our linen pieces are delicately handmade, stitch after stitch, in our tiny family studio. Made with love and meant to be loved, we promise only the purest, most lovable linen combined with precise craftsmanship.

The reason we use linen is not coincidental. Dating back thousands of years, linen is one of the world’s oldest fabrics used for everything from making sails to being sacred to the Egyptian pharaohs. Today, linen is often used in housekeeping and is considered one of the most natural, durable, and elegant fabrics.

Made with love and meant to be loved, all HomeyLinen designs are delicately handcrafted in our family studio by combining premium linen with precise craftsmanship. We use only pure European linen that is OEKO-TEX certified, meaning that it is free of harmful substances and chemicals. Other materials used, such as buttons made from coconuts or decorative accents made from wool or cotton, are also 100% natural and of the highest quality, assuring non-static, anti-allergenic, anti-bacterial, thermoregulating, durable, eco-friendly, breathable, and moisture-wicking properties. Each piece is pre-washed and naturally softened, so it will not only stay true to size but will get even softer with each wash. Thoughtfully designed for easy living, keeping both the consumer and the planet in mind.

Caring for your linen’s is easier than you may think:

WASHING
Machine wash linens on the delicate cycle (104 F/ 40 C) with a small quantity of similar fabric and colors. Do not overcrowd and use a mild liquid detergent, such as a wool wash. To maintain the color, we advise avoiding bleach and continual exposure to sunlight.

DRYING
Tumble dry on low heat only. Our linen has been pre-washed at very high temperatures to ensure that with proper care no further shrinkage occurs.

IRONING
You may iron linen, but it is not necessary. Wrinkles are part of what makes linen so unique and beautiful. Each crease adds character and creates a cozy, relaxed feeling – embrace it!
